The Stan Hill competition involves the selection by breed representatives of the best 3 steers in each breed within the Purebred Steer Competition whose points on the hook are then combined for the final result. This year Scott Bruton's pure bred Australian Shorthorn steer (pictured middle) sired by Bayview Webster out of a Beef Shorthorn dam Roly Park Duchess 86th was selected in the team of 3. Results announced have this "Shorthorn" team placing 3rd overall. Congratulations Scott. The other two steers were exhibited by Calrossy Anglican School and Western Sydney University.
